Job Description

  • Engage with Quantity Surveyors, engineers, and developers to promote and specify products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver technical solutions, and provide product information.
  • Conduct product presentations and briefings for clients.
  • Liaise on technical project requirements and support throughout project lifecycles.
  • Source new leads while managing existing accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Achieve sales targets independently and potentially cover multiple regions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Diploma or Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Has prior experience in technical sales or product specification within the industry.
  • Able to interpret construction/architectural drawings.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop client-focused solutions.
  • Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
