Job Description

You'll lead initiatives across order routing, real-time risk systems, and global market integrations, ensuring systems are fast, scalable, and resilient.Key highlights of the role include:

  • Driving the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements to production rollout
  • Leading delivery of retail trading features and third-party integrations
  • Managing connectivity across global exchanges (e.g., NYSE, NASDAQ, HKEX)
  • Optimising system latency, performance, and real-time monitoring
  • Acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Overseeing integrations with vendors across market data, payments, and compliance systems

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Project Manager should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management, with exposure to fintech trading, banking, or wealth platforms
  • Strong understanding of trading systems, order lifecycle, and market connectivity
  • Experience working with FIX protocols, APIs, and low-latency systems
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks (cloud, backend systems, mobile integrations)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in agile environments
  • A sharp, solutions-driven mindset with the confidence to lead complex initiatives
