Job Description

Own end-to-end delivery of major system upgrades - from requirement gathering to UAT and production rollout
Lead new feature launches for retail trading, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems and external vendors
Manage global market connectivity, including onboarding exchange APIs and FIX protocol updates for international markets
Drive performance improvements across latency, throughput, and real‑time monitoring
Partner closely with business and engineering teams to align on priorities and delivery milestones
Coordinate with third‑party providers, including KYC/AML platforms, BaaS partners, and market data vendors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Project Manager should have:

A degree in technology, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading technology projects, ideally within fintech, trading platforms, wealth management, or investment banking environments
Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end trading lifecycle, including order flows, market data, clearing, and settlement
Hands‑on familiarity with FIX protocols (4.2/4.4/5.0), low‑latency Linux ecosystems, and real‑time trading infrastructures
Comfort working with modern development stacks such as React Native/Flutter, Node.js/.NET Core, and PostgreSQL/Redis
Experience managing API‑first architectures, including REST and WebSocket integrations
Solid grounding in security and identity frameworks like OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
Strong coordination skills with both internal stakeholders (business, engineering, compliance) and external vendors (market data, KYC/AML, BaaS)
Ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments, with a mindset focused on quality, delivery, and system performance
Excellent communication skills, balancing technical depth with clear, structured updates to non‑technical teams
