Job Description

  • Review and verify employees' travel and expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of expense reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies or policy violations.
  • Generate regular reports on travel and expense trends for management review.
  • Provide guidance and clarification to employees regarding travel and expense policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in travel and expense processes.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful T&E Analyst should have:

  • A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
