Job Description

  • Oversee daily spa operations and service delivery
  • Drive and achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets
  • Manage and optimise booking systems and scheduling
  • Lead social media and marketing initiatives (e.g. Instagram)
  • Attract new customers and increase repeat business
  • Train, coach, and supervise therapists
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction
  • Improve branding, ambience, and overall spa positioning



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in branded spa or hotel spa environment
  • Strong operational and sales-driven mindset
  • Proven team leadership and training capabilities
  • Skilled in customer experience and service excellence
  • Good marketing awareness, especially digital platforms
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
