Job Description

As a Technical Analyst / Senior Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and support of critical enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of application enhancements from requirement gathering to deployment
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements
  • Design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements
  • Support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and post-production validation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents, and user-reported defects
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions to improve system stability
  • Maintain system availability and ensure service levels are consistently achieved
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and system changes
  • Support API integrations and interactions with third-party systems
  • Participate in ongoing application maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Analyst / Senior Technical Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in application development and production support environments
  • Hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and PL/SQL
  • Exposure to FICO Blaze Advisor or business rules management platforms is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of API development and third-party system integration
  • Experience with modern web frameworks such as Spring Boot, JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Apache frameworks
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies
  • Experience with testing tools and secure development practices (e.g., Maven)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
