Job Description

  • Analyze and enhance warehouse management system (WMS) functionalities to support operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient use of WMS tools.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and updates for reference and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WMS-related challenges.
  • Design and implement system improvements to enhance logistics and distribution efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades as needed.
