Job Description

  • Lead and develop service teams across Singapore and Malaysia
  • Ensure high service quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the technical authority for troubleshooting, upgrades, and system optimisation
  • Drive service revenue growth through maintenance contracts, retrofits, and upgrades
  • Manage service planning, execution, and reporting using digital field service tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
  • Own service P&L, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin performance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Project teams to integrate service offerings

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in service, engineering, or technical management roles
  • Strong technical background in HVAC or MEP systems
  • Proven experience managing service teams across multiple locations or countries
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management
  • Experience with field service management systems is a strong advantage
  • Confident, customer‑facing communicator with a hands‑on leadership style
