  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Coordinate with technology teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights for continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Delivery Manager should have:

  • A degree in technology, business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing service delivery within a professional services environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
