Job Description

  • Lead and manage the overall validation roadmap for AI server and networking products, ensuring alignment with product development timelines and business objectives.
  • Oversee multiple testing disciplines including Signal Integrity, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Reliability Engineering.
  • Direct high-speed signal validation activities covering technologies such as PCIe Gen 5/6, DDR5, and 400G/800G Ethernet.
  • Manage system-level integration, stress, performance, and functional testing across hardware and software environments.
  • Drive reliability qualification programmes including environmental testing, thermal validation, endurance assessments, and MTBF evaluations.
  • Build, develop, mentor, and lead a large engineering organisation while promoting technical excellence and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation, telemetry, lean methodologies, and enhanced test coverage.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and lead structured root cause investigations.
  • Collaborate closely with design, firmware, BIOS, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve product robustness.
  • Partner with product engineering, supply chain, and quality organisations to support successful NPI execution and mass production readiness.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Test Manager (AI Server & Networking) should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in server, networking, or data centre hardware development and validation environments.
  • Strong exposure to AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), or advanced compute platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing large engineering teams of 30+ members within complex technical organisations.
  • Deep understanding of hardware validation methodologies for enterprise servers and networking products.
  • Experience with high-speed signal integrity analysis and validation tools.
  • Knowledge of next-generation interconnect technologies including PCIe Gen 5/6, DDR5, and high-speed Ethernet standards.
  • Hands-on experience using protocol analysers, validation equipment, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Familiarity with reliability qualification standards and testing methodologies such as JEDEC, MIL-STD, ESS, and MTBF validation.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across global organisations.
  • Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and technical decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
