Job Description

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create clear and concise UX content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Develop user-focused messaging for digital interfaces, including apps, websites, and other platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure content meets user needs and enhances the overall experience.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all digital touchpoints.
  • Translate complex financial services concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Contribute to the creation of content strategies and guidelines for the Group Digital team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into the overall user experience.
  • Review and refine content based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve its effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UX Writer should have:

  • A degree in communications, marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in crafting user-centered content, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research methods.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Experience with content management systems and UX writing tools is an advantage.
