Our client is a well‑established FMCG manufacturing organisation with strong domestic and export presence, currently undergoing significant operational expansion and modernisation.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee supply planning, logistics, and warehouse operations
  • Align demand, production capacity, and inventory to support business growth
  • Manage logistics and distribution performance across local and export markets
  • Drive inventory optimisation, warehouse efficiency, and cost effectiveness
  • Support major plant consolidation and automation projects
  • Lead the transition from Excel‑based planning to SAP
  • Establish KPIs, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner closely with production, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Develop and lead supply chain teams through change and scale

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years' experience in manufacturing supply chain roles
  • Strong background across planning, logistics, and warehousing
  • Experience in FMCG manufacturing preferred
  • Exposure to ERP implementations or system transformation
  • Hands‑on leader comfortable in fast‑moving, evolving environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and execution capability
