Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for SAP SD module-related queries and support within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct user training and provide guidance on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Support system testing and updates to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and key changes for future reference.
  • Work closely with external vendors or consultants when required for system upgrades or technical support.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business support, or IT-related roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly Order-to-Cash workflows
  • Hands-on SAP SD experience preferred, with solid ERP knowledge overall
  • Experience in process analysis, optimisation, and business analytics
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as KNIME or UiPath is advantageous
  • Good presentation, communication, and training abilities
  • Exposure to project work, with some project management experience preferred
  • Strong team player with a proactive approach and ability to collaborate internationally
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel when required
