Job Description

  • Part of a cross‑functional engineering team focused on advanced embedded electronics and vehicle‑related technologies.
  • Support development and production activities to ensure hardware quality meets defined specifications.
  • Oversee validation of hardware test concepts and ensure readiness for release.
  • Contribute to new product launches by aligning quality expectations with customer and engineering requirements.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams across various technology areas to drive R&D progress.
  • Assist in requirement analysis and validation of technical specifications.
  • Perform assessment and verification of electrical samples.
  • Prepare and validate test specification documents for design and product validation phases.
  • Work closely with engineering teams during creation and refinement of test documentation.
  • Participate in design‑for‑test initiatives.
  • Update test specifications based on change requests and generate reports for engineering and project teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior R&D Test Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electronics within the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
  • Independent, self‑driven, and collaborative team player.
  • Positive attitude with proactive problem‑solving abilities.
  • Preferably familiar with RF testing equipment, Vector CAN tools, and diagnostic testing methods.
  • Knowledge of radio measurement methods (FM/AM) and digital radio technologies is an added advantage.
