Job Description

  • Lead innovation projects focused on new materials, formulations, and manufacturing technologies
  • Translate customer and market insights into technical solutions and research directions
  • Conduct early-stage feasibility studies, lab experimentation, and hypothesis-driven research
  • Collaborate with global R&D and marketing teams (US & Europe) to define innovation priorities
  • Scout and evaluate emerging technologies, scientific literature, and potential partnerships
  • Work closely with external partners (research firms, vendors) for formulation development
  • Lead and coordinate multiple innovation projects to ensure quality delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior scientists and oversee lab technicians for execution support

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of R&D experience in materials, latex, rubber, or glove manufacturing
  • Strong experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to present technical work clearly (objective, methodology, insights, outcomes)
  • Curiosity, creativity, and strong adaptability in innovation-driven environments
  • Team-oriented mindset with a culture-first approach
