Job Description

  • Manage the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform account reconciliations, including cash applications and customer billing.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in payments and invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding debts.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company guidelines.
  • Support audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior OTC Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
