Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the club, including facilities, member services, and golf course operations.
  • Drive revenue growth through membership acquisition, retention programs, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
  • Plan, organise, and execute golf tournaments, social events, corporate functions, and member activities.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Build, coach, and motivate high-performing operational teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with club members, business partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and member expectations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of management experience in the golf, hospitality, leisure, sports, fitness, or recreation industry.
  • Proven track record in managing operations, budgets, revenue generation, and team performance.
  • Passion for golf with the ability to actively engage members and clients within the golfing community.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-centric, results-driven professional with excellent problem-solving abilities and high personal integrity.
