Job Description

* Maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure (LAN / WAN / VPN)

* Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues

* Configure and manage routing, switching, and firewall technologies

* Support cloud and hybrid networking environments

* Ensure network security, reliability, and uptime across distributed sites

* Participate in network upgrades, rollouts, and optimisation projects

* Provide technical support and escalation for network-related incidents

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Network Engineer should have:

* Strong hands-on experience in network operations and support

* Solid knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN technologies

* Experience with enterprise networking vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)

* Exposure to hybrid network environments (on‑prem + cloud)

* Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in distributed environments

* Ability to support and deliver infrastructure improvements or projects

* Good stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
