The Senior Manager - Investor Relations will play a pivotal role in developing and executing investor relations strategies that align with the company's objectives. Reporting directly to Chief Strategy Officer, This role is critical for maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic investor relations plans to enhance the company's market reputation and value.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage investor communications, including press releases, presentations, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate and lead investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to provide updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the executive team to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and disclosure requirements in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to provide accurate financial data for investor communications.
  • Analyze shareholder feedback and market perceptions to recommend enhancements to the investor relations strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - Investor Relations should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, and/or corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • The ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
