Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
  • Ensure effective internal controls and risk management processes are in place.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
