Job Description

* Lead implementation of SC GTRM and Bursa IT regulatory frameworks

* Drive cloud governance (ICON), including SRM and cloud exit strategies

* Oversee cybersecurity controls (MFA, PAM, EDR) deployment and effectiveness

* Lead Incident Response Team (IRT) and ensure regulatory reporting (15-30 mins SLA)

* Manage IT infrastructure, network security, and patch management

* Act as deputy to Head of IT for strategy and operational oversight

* Support new initiatives, group projects, and business growth

* Handle ad hoc assignments from leadership (CEO / senior management)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior IT Manager (Information Security, Risk & Governance) should have:

* 5-8+ years in IT Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, or IT Operations (Financial Services)

* Strong knowledge of SC GTRM, BNM RMiT, and Bursa ITSS frameworks

* Experience in cybersecurity governance and regulatory compliance

* Exposure to cloud governance and third-party risk management

* Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, networks, and security controls

* Strong incident management and regulatory reporting experience

* Good communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to speak Mandarin (to liaise with China-based stakeholders)
