Job Description

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for a global user base, ensuring timely resolution of complex infrastructure, endpoint, system, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
  • Own the administration, security, governance, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Manage and maintain core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization platforms, Windows/Linux servers, storage solutions, and cloud services across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Lead organization-wide technology projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud adoption initiatives, endpoint refresh programs, and enterprise application deployments.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, testing activities, deployment strategies, and executive reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement and maintain security, compliance, identity, and access management controls, including Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, auditing, and endpoint security policies.
  • Drive automation and operational efficiency through PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and other technology solutions to improve service delivery and user experience.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify improvement opportunities, document processes, support change management activities, and deliver reliable, scalable technology services across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior IT Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience in managing IT projects and collaborating with teams.
  • The ability to adapt to new technologies and implement them effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
