Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Bursa Malaysia announcements, annual reports and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and processes.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in accounting or finance.
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
  • Big 4 Candidates Preferred.
  • Experienced in Public Listed Companies
  • Proven expertise in financial management and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
