We're looking for a DevOps & Software Integration Engineer to support end‑to‑end software integration, CI/CD pipeline development, and configuration management for our software projects. You'll help ensure smooth builds, high‑quality releases, and strong collaboration across global teams.

Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Ensure robust security practices are followed throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support to development teams regarding DevOps tools and processes.
  • Document processes and provide training to team members when required.
  • Support software release planning with project managers
  • Develop and maintain build systems, automation, infrastructure, and release tools
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on integration activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior DevOps Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in DevOps, software integration, and configuration management
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Artifactory, RTC
  • Proficiency with Git, ClearCase, or similar SCM tools
  • Solid Linux & Windows OS knowledge
  • Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, Perl, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe/SCRUM/Automotive SPICE
  • Bonus: C/C++, embedded development, server admin, Azure, ELK stack
  • Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
