Job Description

  • Develop processes to collect, clean, and analyse operational data across inbound, inventory, and outbound activities.
  • Generate actionable insights to support fulfilment, logistics, and operational teams.
  • Define KPIs and build monitoring frameworks to track performance and SLA adherence.
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks through data analysis and trend evaluation.
  • Write and optimise SQL queries for large-scale data analysis.
  • Automate reporting pipelines and dashboards for improved accessibility and efficiency.
  • Support expansion, automation, and capacity planning through forecasting and modelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and data accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Data Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience in creating visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • An ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry or experience in a similar field is an advantage.
