Job Description

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs.

  • Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues as they arise.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of backend infrastructure.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Backend Engineer/Lead should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Golang programming language and Python.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively.
  • Experience with database management and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
