Job Description

  • Lead analysis of client requirements and business processes to recommend effective solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and operational challenges.
  • Design, configure, and implement functional solutions aligned with client specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support seamless system integration and project delivery.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users to support knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants by sharing best practices and functional methodologies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in functional consulting or a related role, with strong exposure to SAP Business One
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more business process areas such as finance, supply chain, or human resources.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to successful project outcomes.
