Job Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform
  • Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with organizational objectives and the overarching IT strategy
  • Develop secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions by preparing detailed technical designs, producing documentation, reviewing code quality, and conducting thorough system testing
  • Manage the execution and deployment of solution designs to ensure smooth implementation
  • Uphold established data models, coding standards, best practices, and security/compliance guidelines for all Salesforce developments
  • Maintain clear and consistent documentation of architectural models to support solution clarity
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements to the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to junior architects and developers within the Salesforce team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Salesforce Solution Architect should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Over 10 years of experience in architecting and delivering Salesforce-based solutions
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credentials are required
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and features
  • Proven experience designing and building Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related Salesforce technologies
  • Strong understanding of application, integration, data, and security architectures
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and guiding technical teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Bizzdesign Enterprise Studio or Horizon is an advantage but not mandatory
