Job Description

  • Identify, approach, and convert new customers across automotive segments (detailers, workshops, resellers, etc.).
  • Conduct regular field visits to present products and understand customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Support clients with product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Track and manage sales activities including leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
  • Represent the brand professionally and contribute to its market positioning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 4 years' experience in sales/customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable in a field-based, outdoor sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Interest in automotive, detailing, or aftermarket products is an advantage.
  • Resilient, self-driven, and disciplined in follow-up.
  • Able to build relationships and influence customers effectively.
