The RTR Analyst will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance for the organization. Junior and Senior positions are available.

Job Description

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with detailed reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain accounting policies and controls.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience using ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
