Job Description

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for CAPEX, MRO and Indirect procurement aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sourcing Manager (MRO) should have:

  • A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in CAPEX, MRO procurement and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
