About Our Client

The client is a well-established manufacturing organisation, likely operating within EMS, OEM, or semiconductor sectors, with a strong focus on quality compliance, process discipline, and continuous improvement across production operations.

Job Description

  • Lead and maintain the Quality Assurance system across incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections
  • Manage and monitor subcontractor and manufacturing process performance
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and calibration systems
  • Develop and validate processes, ensuring adherence to product specifications and quality standards
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement improvement initiatives
  • Lead QA operations by contributing to strategix planning and system improvements
  • Oversee team management including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and workforce planning
  • Authorise quality concessions where deviations occur



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering or Quality-related discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in production or quality management
  • Strong background within manufacturing (EMS/OEM or semiconductor preferred)
  • Proven ability in process validation, QA systems, and team leadership
  • Experience with international quality standards and regulatory compliance
