Job Description

  • Process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
  • Support audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements
  • Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the team



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Procure-to-Pay or Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in Japanese and English (to support regional stakeholders)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, Concur, JDE, SAP) is an advantage
