Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects from kick-off through final handover
  • Own project timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Maintain project schedules, trackers, and regular status reporting
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to align expectations and manage risks
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, design, procurement, and assembly teams
  • Track issues, risks, and scope changes, escalating when required
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-up items
  • Ensure clear documentation and accountability across all stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of project standards and templates

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in project management or project coordination
  • Background in automation, industrial equipment, or engineering-led projects preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups
  • Comfortable using Excel and Gantt-based planning tools
  • Resilient, collaborative, and committed to delivering results
