Job Description

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Product teams to execute margin and growth initiatives
  • Define and execute product and technology development strategies
  • Lead end‑to‑end business growth programs, including New Product Development (NPD)
  • Engage key customers through VOC activities, TRM reviews, and relationship management
  • Build and manage product roadmaps to drive innovation and market share growth
  • Identify and develop new or adjacent market opportunities
  • Define and manage strategic pricing for existing and new product offerings
  • Develop demand forecasts with clearly documented assumptions and risks
  • Support NPI and manufacturing readiness with accurate launch and stocking strategies
  • Create and deliver marketing, sales, and training materials for internal and external use
  • Perform additional duties as required



The Successful Applicant

A successful Principal Product Manager should have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience managing product lifecycles and NPD programs
  • Strong ability to define new product offerings and develop compelling value propositions
  • Proven capability to articulate product features and benefits directly to customers
  • Solid financial and business acumen, including DCF, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills
  • High coachability with openness to feedback
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Semiconductor industry experience preferred
  • Experience with integrated hardware and software products is a strong advantage
