Job Description

  • Support and drive the execution of technology projects
  • Work closely with internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and delivery
  • Track project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ensure accurate and consistent project reporting for stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across both project and BAU activities



The Successful Applicant

A successful PMO Project Specialist should have:

  • A relevant educational background in technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in PMO or project support roles, preferably in a technology environment
  • Solid understanding of project coordination and delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables
  • Experience supporting resource planning, documentation, and basic budget tracking
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across teams and vendors
