Job Description

  • Plan demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment across e-commerce and retail channels.
  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize stock-outs, overstock, and aging inventory.
  • Ensure product availability for campaigns, promotions, seasonal peaks, and business growth.
  • Monitor inventory performance and provide data-led insights and recommendations.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, suppliers, and logistics partners to align supply with demand.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, operational issues, and inventory issues
  • Improve planning processes, SOPs, dashboards, and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop the Operations team to drive performance and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations, inventory management, supply and demand forecast preferably in the consumer healthcare industry.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for managing operations.
