Job Description

  • Engage and convert social media leads through WhatsApp, calls, and messaging by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable health products, and clearly explaining benefits.
  • Handle objections, build trust (especially on sensitive health topics), and consistently follow up to drive conversions and meet sales KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales records, collaborate with internal teams, and support offline events, roadshows, and on-site activities.

  • Strong sales-driven individual with a consultative mindset, confident in handling online leads and closing through WhatsApp, calls, and messaging.
  • Empathetic communicator who can build trust, especially around sensitive health concerns, while effectively handling objections and influencing decisions.
  • Highly proactive, disciplined in follow-ups, organised with tracking, and motivated to consistently achieve (and exceed) sales KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
