Job Description

  • Maintain and update customer, supplier, and employee master data within ERP systems
  • Support data cleansing, backlog reduction, and migration activities
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance frameworks
  • Assist in resolving data-related issues, risks, and operational bottlenecks
  • Support project deliverables and business continuity during peak periods
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to standardise processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 1 yeat experience in Master Data Management and ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Candidate with experience in P2P/data governance is welcomed to apply
  • Exposure to data cleansing, migration, or bulk data handling
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean is an advantage for regional stakeholder communication
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
