Job Description

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies.
  • Achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Source and secure new tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate tenancy mix planning initiatives.
  • Prepare leasing reports and performance analysis.
