Job Description

  • Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for digital platforms in alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize concepts and workflows.
  • Ensure the consistency of design elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Identify and resolve user pain points through innovative design solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design, particularly within the financial services sector.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure high-quality output and team development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead UI/UX Designer should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary team.
