Job Description

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ITSM tools to meet organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITSM tools with other systems and processes.
  • Analyze and optimize ITSM workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ITSM tools to ensure they are functioning effectively and address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to promote the effective use of ITSM tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ITSM tool-related inquiries and provide expert support as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for ITSM tool configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements or new tools as appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ITSM Tool Lead should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks and tools.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing ITSM tools.
  • Problem-solving skills to address tool-related issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and support purposes.
  • Proactive attitude towards process improvement and innovation.
