Job Description

  • Strong expertise in Power BI and a solid functional understanding of ServiceNow
  • A strong focus of the role is the development of dashboards, reports, and performance analytics using ServiceNow and Power BI.
  • Monitor service performance and implement enhancements to maintain service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system and process-related challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures.
  • Track and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate change management processes and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on ITSM tools and processes.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ITSM Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, visual storytelling, automation)
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Proficiency in using ITSM tools and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the transport and distribution industry is an advantage.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
