Job Description

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure teams are aligned with agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between team deliverables and business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the professional growth and development of team members in the Technology department.
  • Champion agile transformation initiatives within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Iteration Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proven experience in facilitating team collaboration and achieving project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in the Energy & Natural Resources industry or a technology-driven environment is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges within agile teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment like Kuala Lumpur.
