Job Description

  • Gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions
  • Design, develop, and support applications across MES, ERP, and related systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IT solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide system training and ongoing support to end users
  • Participate in IT projects, including system enhancements and migration activities
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance and processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Solutions Analyst/ Developer (MES) should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Over 3 years of experience in IT solutions, with exposure to MES or manufacturing systems
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, .NET, or C#
  • Good understanding of MES, ERP
  • Familiarity with system integration and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging with business users
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to document requirements effectively
