  • Develop and execute the company's IT and digital transformation strategies to align with business goals.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Identify and implement digital tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes in the industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of digitalisation initiatives.
  • Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in technology management.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital systems and propose upgrades or enhancements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT & Digitalisation Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in IT management and digital transformation within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the technology sector.
