Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and network transformation projects across multiple APAC and Japan data centre locations.
  • Drive infrastructure standardization, modernization, and integration initiatives aligned with the Global IT Blueprint and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment and integration of:
    • Enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto)
    • Network infrastructure including core, distribution, and access layers
    • Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions
    • Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and virtualization platforms
  • Subnet design and IP address Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure network, security, and infrastructure standards are consistently implemented across sites.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work closely with IT Operations, Security, and Facilities teams to minimise operational disruption during project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure policies across all transformation activities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to local Information Systems teams across the region.
  • Act as the key point of coordination between internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to drive successful transformation outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Infra Project Manager should have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and network transformation projects.
  • Proven experience managing regional or multi-site infrastructure projects across multiple countries.
  • Strong technical expertise in:
    • Enterprise networking (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent)
    • Palo Alto firewalls
    • Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions
    • HCI and virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
    • Subnet design and IP planning
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure integration, migration, and standardization programmes.
  • Solid knowledge of data centre environments, including network infrastructure, cabling, access control, power, and cooling systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and vendor management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage regional and global teams.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
