Job Description

  • Assess current accounting workflows to identify inefficiencies
  • Support redesign of processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Support optimisation of finance platforms such as ERP and other finance applications
  • Assist with system configuration updates, data clean-ups, and improvement initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
  • Track development progress and resolve functional or technical issues
  • Participate in end-to-end project execution (requirements gathering, testing, go-live support)
  • Collaborate with cross-border stakeholders including finance, IT, and regional teams
  • Ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation stabilisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT/Finance Transformation Specialist should have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in IT finance transformation-related roles
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and finance tools or platforms
  • Basic familiarity with data reporting or automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Platform, etc.)
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to spot improvement opportunities
  • Confidence working across teams, especially when bridging finance and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Exposure to different finance areas (AP, AR, GL, etc.)
