Job Description

  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
  • Implement and monitor procurement strategies to optimise cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan supply needs.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and build strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues related to procurement or supply chain disruptions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Procurement Lead should have:

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant procurement tools and software.
