Job Description

  • Manage distributor and customer accounts, ensuring consistent follow-up on enquiries, orders, and performance.
  • Handle quotations, pricing requests, sample coordination, and private label project tracking from enquiry through to repeat orders.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline (leads, quotations, samples, orders).
  • Convert inbound enquiries into commercial opportunities through structured follow-up.
  • Coordinate internally with R&D, production, logistics, finance, and design teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding product information, pricing, and order status.
  • Gather market insights and feedback to support business growth and product development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma/Degree holder (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field).
  • 0-4 years of experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline and accountability.
  • Comfortable managing multiple enquiries, quotations, and customer interactions.
  • Willingness to learn technical products and work in a structured sales environment.
  • Interest in automotive, coatings, chemicals, or industrial products is an advantage.
